Tomato sasive is a very easy ,tasty and quick side dish that can be prepared in just 5-10 minutes. Tastes great with rice or roti.

Instructions
To a small kadai or pan add chopped tomatoes. Add salt . Saute tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.
Let the tomatoes get soft and mushy. Allow to cool.
To a blender,add all the ingredients mentioned under to "grind : masala " i.e coconut,mustard,red chillies and turmeric.
Add little water and grind smooth. Note .. the masala should be ground very smooth.
To a mixing bowl, add cold curd , ground masala and jaggery .Mix nicely.
Add sauteed tomatoes. Mix well. Check consistency. If required add curd / water.
Prepare a tempering. Splutter mustard, urad dal in hot oil. Add curry leaves. Pour the tempering to the prepared tomato sasime.
That's it Tomato Sasime is ready .Enjoy it fresh with rice or chapathi.
