Recently I was invited for the DuPont probiotics bloggers meet at Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore and happily accepted to be a part of it as I was always curious to know more about probiotics and how they help our body.  This event by DuPont HOWARU® Probiotics was mainly to create awareness about the benefits of and resolve several health issues without consuming medicines.

The meet started  with introductions which were then followed by a discussion on various topics ranging from science & benefits of probiotics to trends & perception, consumption and Q & A. The event ended with networking over lunch
