Ingredients
Kurkure (any flavour of your choice)
onion
tomato
carrot
pomegranate
Coriander leaves
,
few springs
Chaat masala
Sweet chutney
a pinch
red Chilly powder
,
(optional )
a pinch
Salt
Instructions
Finely chop the onions, tomatoes ,coriander leaves & grate the carrot.
Transfer them to a bowl .
Sprinkle a pinch of salt,red chilly powder,chat masala and sweet chutney to the veggies.
Mix well all the ingredients such that the masala is uniformly coated on the veggies.
Finally add, kurkure and pomegranate and giveĀ a quick mix.
Transfer it to a serving plate.Garnish with Sev and coriander leaves.Serve immediately.
Notes
Kurkure already would be having masala.So add just a pinch of masala to the veggies.
After adding kurkure and sev, serve immediately.Else they'l lose their crunchiness and become soggy.
You can also add, boiled sweet corn / boiled or roasted peanuts / anything you like.Be creative.
