Instructions
Chop Bread slices roughly . Dice small .
To a pan heat oil . Add Mustard , Urad dal , Channa dal and Peanuts . Splutter . Let ground nuts turn crispy .
Add few curry leaves , green chillies and finely chopped ginger. Saute for few seconds .
Add chopped onion , saute for 1-2 mins . Let they turn translucent .
Add tomatoes , tsp salt .Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes . Let the tomatoes turn soft and mushy .
Once tomatoes are soft add capsicum , red chilli powder , haldi , pav bhaji masala , ketchup and butter .Saute 1-2 mins .
Add 3-4 tbsp water and bring it to a boil . Let it become saucy .
To the saucy masala , add diced bread slices . Combine gently , let the bread pieces get coated well .
Cover and cook on sim for 2-3 mins . Let they take in flavor
Lastly add coriander leaves and give a mix .
