In a bowl , take chilled yoghurt .To the curd add salt , Sugar , Kala Namak ,Jeera powder , Red Chilli powder , Black Pepper Powder , Green Chilli , Chaat Masala Powder.Whisk curd nicely such that there are no lumps. Add few ice cubes to the curd if you want .
Drain excess water from the boondi using a strainer and add it to the whisked curd .
Add few sprigs of chopped coriander and mint leaves . Combine everything by mixing well . Adjust the consistency . Taste test .
Time to prepare a tadka . To a small kadai , add a tsp of Oil . Once oil is hot add jeera and a pinch of Hing . Splutter. Pour the tadka over raita .
Serve chilled Boondi Raita with paratha / pulav / anything. You can top it with little more fresh boondi while seving for that extra crunchiness .
