In a bowl , take oil , salt , red chilli powder , lemon juice , cumin powder and garam masala powder . Mix everything
To the marination , add diced pineapple , onion and capsicum . Mix . Allow it to sit 20 - 30 mins .
Meanwhile prepare the TTK Prestige barbecue charcoal grill as per instructions given in the manual .
Take the metal skewers provided with the gril and skew marinated pineapple and veggies alternatively one by one. If you are using wooden skewers , soak it in water for 30 mins and then use else they will get burnt while grilling .
Place the skewers with tikka on the grilling metal tray . Baste with melted butter . Keep turning the skewers so that they get cooked on all sides.
Enjoy the grilled pineapple tikka with mint chutney and some sliced onion . Enjoy hot .
