To a kadai / frying pan add medium Rava and roast under medium flame until it turns slight golden and you get nice aroma. Keep aside well roasted rava .
To the same kadai , add Oil and Ghee . Add Mustard , let it splutter . Later add red chillies and few curry leaves . Fry for a minute .
Add 4- 4.5 cups of water . Add Salt to taste .
Once water is hot , add tangy curd or butter milk . Combine . Bring water to boil .
Add roasted rava . Stir in between . Make sure no lumps are formed . Cover and cook for 2-3 mins on medium flame.zing.
Neer upitt would have cooked . Make sure to keep the consistency thin .
You will notice that neer upitt will thicken as it cools . So make sure to enjoy it super hot . Drizzle few drops of ghee while serving . Enjoy as such or with mango pickle . Tastes amazing.
