Peel the raw banana skin and slice them about 1/4 inch thickness. Place them in water till ready t o use . Maintain this thickness for raw banana while slicing , if you make the slices too thin , the texture wont come good . If you make too thick , they wont cook properly .
Now prepare a marination masala. In a plate , take salt , red chilli powder , haldi , hing and dhania powder . Add ginger garlic paste , rice flour .and squeeze lime .
Add very little water n make a thick paste.
Drain raw banana from water n apply paste to each slice. Marinate for 30 mins.
For coating. In a small plate, mix fine rava, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt . Mix and keep aside.
Coat each raw banana slice with rava.
Heat oil for frying in a pan. Arrange the rava coated raw banana slices on the pan. Drizzle 1-2 tablespoon oil , shallow fry or pan fry till golden & crisp. Cover and cook.
Cover n cook on medium flame. When one side is crisp , flip and let the other side too get crisp on low flame .Enjoy !!
