hello smitha
your receipe is traditional and wellrecived by all but children so and my 5year old granddaughter decided to make child friendly for we liked healthy ragii noodles and the fact it was steamed was better ieliminated the frying part and in my grandaughter favorite vegetables like edmame and for dinneras side dish
Thank you, made this for the first time, turned out delicious. Added peas as thats all I had, I think some dill will work well! This will be a staple now..one point- used Manna’s and as instructed, soaked for 2 min and steamed in cooker without weight for 5. When I took it out, it looked overcooked & lumpy BUT as it cooled it was fine and on putting into the onion etc, perfect consistency!
