Instructions
Clean a medium size cauliflower . Immerse the florets in hot salt water for few minutes to remove if any impurities and worms . Drain, pat dry on a cotton cloth. Grate using a grater / food processor. Our minced cauliflower is ready.
In a kadai / thick pan , heat oil + ghee . Add a bay leaf , cinnamon , few pepper , cumin seeds and Hing. Let they get aromatic.
Add onion , Ginger garlic paste and chilli . Saute for 2-3 mins on medium flame . Let onion, turn translucent and raw smell from onion garlic go.
Add Tomato puree. Add salt to taste , haldi , Chilli powder , Dhania powder . Combine everything and saute 1-2 mins.
Add a cup of water , cover and cook for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.
When gobi is cooked , add aam choor powder , kasoori methi , Garam Masala Powder , Kitchen King Masala / Chole masala / maggi taste maker and coriander leaves. Mix . Cook for 1-2 mins on high flame. Make sure all the water content from bhurji has evaporated.
Gobhi Bhurji / Gobhi Kheema ... scrambled cauliflower is ready to serve. Enjoy it with roti / naan / bread
