Instructions
To a mixer blender , add green peas , green chilli ,ginger ,coriander leaves , jeera and salt to taste .
Add water as required and blend to a paste. Grind smooth .
To a mixing bowl , add rava , rice flour ,peas puree , butter milk and water . Combine well to make a smooth lump free batter .
Rest for 15 -20 mins . ( if you soak 1 hour also nothing will happen )
After the soaking time , you will see that the batter would have thickened a bit . Add baking soda and water as required to adjust consistency.The consistency of peas uttapam batter should be like normal dosa .
Heat a cast iron pan or non-stick pan. Pour a laddle full of batter and slightly spread it. No need to make thin ,make like pancake.
Top it with handful of veggies to make your choice of uttapam . Gently tap the uttapam . Drizzle few drops of oil
Flip n cook both sides .
