Moong Dal / Split Yellow dal
little less than 1/4
cup
Rice Flour

Jeera / Cumin seeds

Green Chilli

Ginger
Salt to taste

Instructions
Wash & soak Moong dal for around 20-30 min in warm water. In regular water around 1 hour.
Drain the water, transfer the soaked dal to the mixer jar. Add rice flour .
Add green chilli, jeera, little ginger and salt. Add water and grind smooth.
To the ground batter add rice flour. Mix well.
Adjust consistency by adding water . The batter must be like regular dosa batter consistency , pouring and spreading consistency.
Grease the tawa with little oil .Let the tawa heat up a bit
Pour a laddle full of batter and spread thin . Drizzle few drops of oil along the edges.
Cover and cook on medium flame.
Once the dosa's are crisp, fold and serve. No need to flip.
Enjoy hot moong dal dosa with your choice of chutney or ginger chutney .
