Peel off the nendra banana and cut into circular discs
Shallow fry or deep fry them till they are nice golden brown color both sides . Do in batches . Once done.. drain on a tissue paper .
Now take a deep pan . Add Sugar n 1/4 cup water to it . Allow sugar to melt and bring to boil .When the syrup becomes little thick ..switch off and flavor with saffron and crushed cardamom .
Throw in fried banana slices and let it rest for 1-2 hours so that they absorb sugar syrup nicely .
Sweet slightly tangy and flavorful Nendra banana jamun is ready to serve .
