Add salt to taste . Adjust consistency by adding water. Simmer and boil well
lastly for extra flavor , prepare one more tempering . In a small kadai , heat ghee , Splutter jeera . Add finely chopped garlic and saute golden . Add Hing and red chilli . Saute few seconds .
Pour the tempering over Palak Khichdi
