Instructions
Chop all the veggies fine . Peel and dice pineapple . Cook and cool rice.
In a wok , heat 2-3 tbsp oil on medium heat. When oil is hot ,Sauté finely chopped garlic in hot oil till slight crisp . Add sliced onion, green chilli and finely chopped ginger . Sauté 1-2 mins .
Add finely chopped veggies of your choice.. like beans, carrot, peas, corn etc. Add salt and Little sugar ( retains veggies colour) .Sauté 1-2 mins .
Add diced pineapple. Saute a min
Add chopped cabbage and capsicum. Sauté a min .
Sauté all the veggies on high flame. Maintain crunchiness of veggies.
