Craving for some chaat  ??? How about Pani Puri – one of the most popular North Indian street food . .. loved by all age groups .  Round, hollow crisp puri filled with masala and mixture of flavored water tastes lipsmackingly yummy … isn’t it ? Traditionally puri is filled with a mint based spicy pani but these days many fusion cocktails & mocktails are the in thing . Served in shot glasses Panipuri Shots are super hit in  any get -together / party / potluck . I have used orange juice  , kokum juice and aam panna to make mocktails ,.. you can try few other cocktails to make Cocktails Panipuri  and vodka too 🙂  . To make them more flavorful  and appealing .. i have used  Sprig Celery salt and Sprig paprika powder .

I love the interesting range of gourmet food products that Sprig offers… indeed a pride for any kitchen . I have used few of its products like Chiptole Adobado ,smoked paprika , Ginger Marmalade , Dulce De Leche, Vanilla extract, lavender extract and each of them is exceptional …. adds depth of flavour to any recipe it is added to . Recently i was approached by the team to collaborate and develop some street food recipes using Sprig Sea Salt blend collection ..  I have shared before Fryums Chat and tomato slice chaat as part of it and today here i am with this tempting Pani Puri shots …Do try .. i am sure you will love it …

I love Aam panna. It is one of my favourite things during summer. To have it in pain puri is genius.
