I am sure most of us have already started to look out for a nice cozy place to hang out with your special someone for the D- day . After all it’s the day of love and romance and make our partner / spouse feel special . Recently i was invited for Raddison Blu Atria Bengaluru for a valentine’s day dinner preview and so loved everything about the place . Dinner by poolside to sparkling wine to well planned balanced exciting menu to the nice romantic feel … just what’s required for a perfect date.. !! A walk through to Raddison Blu Atria Bengaluru ….

Nestled in the city centre, Radisson Blu Atria Bengaluru is an easy access to the airport. railway station and popular attractions such as the Race Course, Golf Course, Cubbon Park, UB City, making it an attractive destination to be at. After having a walk through to the elegant property it was time for us to check out the whiskey bar and Tea and wine Lounge at Radisson Blu atria Bengaluru . The whiskey bar has an excellent upscale relaxed atmosphere with a great collection of world class whiskey . With a laid back and a trendy decor .. the place is perfect to meet a client/ friend or unwind a long day .

Tea and wine lounge located in the lobby area is a perfect to place if your looking for some chai / coffee break accompanied with a variety of snacks . If you are a chai lover like me .. then this is the place for you !!

Any hotel is incomplete without a great restaurant attached to it . At Raddison blu Atria Bengauru one can enjoy a memorable meal specially curated by Chef Kashi and his team . I personally loved interacting with Chef Kashi.. such a down to earth person with a gentle smile in his face !

There are 2 restaurants in Raddison Blu Atria Bengaluru .. One Atria Cafe and Tijouri . Tijouri is yet open and hence we could explore only the former one.Overlooking the hotel’s sparkling pool … One Atria Cafe treats guests to an array of international cuisine.

There is a live kitchen where the guests can interact with the chef and customize the order as per their choice .

Finally we reached my most favorite part of the property … pool side .

A delectable candlelight dinner by the pool, with a menu that has been personalized as per your needs is something that i relished a lot

And another experience that is worth having with your beloved, is the submerged pool dining experience . Wow !!! I just loved it . With candles , rose petals floating in the pool .. with water tapping your feet and yummy food catered as per your choice .. this feeling is something that i would cherish for lifetime .

The valentine’s day special menu includes ..

Amuse bouche ( Tender coconut jelly with carrot & cream cheese mouse ) .. this was so cute that i just wanted to keep seeing it .

Under Appetizers for Veg there was Forest mushroom mille fillet with mesclun . The crispy crackers went perfect with the lightly sauted mushrooms

Soup : for veg it was beetroot and grainy smith with goat cheese , granny smith chips . This cold soup was quite filling and i liked the granny smith chips topped on it .

Under non veg it was Prawns soup .

Entree : Veg : one can choose between strawberry Rissotto

or Puff pastry stuffed with some red pepper coulis accompanied with blanquette of vegetables . With some sauted cherry tomatoes on the sides , aspararagus on the top and cream cheese stuffed puff pastry .. this was just wat was needed to make the moment more cheesy .

Under non veg.. my friend took roasted chicken with barley rissotto

Under desserts one can choose Exotic fresh fruit feuille or mocha chilly chocolate opera . Cozy warm moments with your loved one accompanied with melt in mouth dark chocolate dessert .. aah .. this is kind of perfect ” Happiness is … ” moment !!! Isn’t it ??

If you are allergic to eggs .. one can specify it and get an eggless dessert too as my friend did .

There are variety of cocktails , mocktails , wine , vodka Rum etc ….too in the menu to choose from .

The menu designed for the day , the creative presentation and the lip smacking taste reflects the skills and interest of the Chef . All in all i completely enjoyed the food.. the ambience …the vibes .. everything .
